What we collect

When you use the contact or test drive form we receive your name, WhatsApp number, the car and showroom you chose, and your message. When you order a car we also need your KTP data (name, NIK, address) for the SPK, invoice, tax, financing and vehicle registration.

Why we use it

• To answer your question and arrange a test drive.
• To prepare your order, invoice and registration (STNK / BPKB) if you buy a car.
• To share your data with a leasing company only when you choose to buy on credit.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for anything else without asking you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we can't help with are closed after 12 months. Order and tax records are kept as long as Indonesian law requires.

Your rights

Under UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. Contact any of our showrooms.
